Papier Tigre

Papier Tigre es una pequeña empresa francesa, dedicada al diseño y producción de objetos de papelería para la casa, la oficina, etc. Utilizan patrones sencillos, colores básicos y formas geométricas para crear objetos bonitos y útiles.
Uno de esos objetos que tanto me gustan son dos pequeños recipientes de cartón, perfectos  no sólo para guardar objetos sino como elemento decorativo.
Gracias a Carmen, del blog L'atelier métallique, puedo disfrutar del trabajo de Papier Tigre. No les perdáis de vista, ¡son realmente fantásticos!

Papier Tigre is a small french enterprise, dedicated to the design and production of objects of stationery for the home, the office, etc. They use simple patterns, basic colors and geometrical ways to create pretty and useful objects.
One of those objects that like so much me is two small cardboard containers, perfect not only to put objects away but as decorative element.
Thanks to Carmen, of the blog L'atelier métallique, I can enjoy the work of Papier Tigre. Do not lose them sight, they are really fantastic!

Papier Tigre est une petite entreprise française, dédiée à la création et à production d'objets de papeterie pour la maison, le bureau, etc. Ils utilisent patrons simples, couleurs de base et formes géométriques pour créer des objets jolis et utiles.
Un de ces objets que tant me plaisent sont deux petits récipients de carton, parfaits non seulement pour garder des objets mais comme élément décoratif.

Paper: how it's made | Papel: así se hace

Si compras un libro en Francia que pese, por ejemplo, 1 kg; habrá recorrido 2522,8 km hasta su destino y habrá consumido 500 litros de agua en su fabricación.
En este sencillo video podréis descubrir de una forma diferente cómo nace el papel, desde el bosque hasta la librería.
Interesante reflexión sobre qué impacto tienen los productos que consumimos.

Nancy Chiu es una ilustradora tailandesa que habita en California. De todo su trabajo, me he fijado en esta libreta decorada con plantas carnívoras. Un trabajo precioso hecho a mano.

Nancy Chiu is a thai illustrator who lives in California. Of all her work, I have noticed this notebook decorated with insectivorous plants. A precious work handmade. As fast inspiration, you have an idea here to give away. You can find her work in the store that has in Etsy (where they belong these images).

Al hilo de un post anterior, y pensando en la mesa de Navidad, os enseño una segunda versión para decorar la mesa. En esta ocasión, en color verde y rojo, tan típico de estos días de Navidad. Los detalles de la decoración, con las ramas de abeto y velas, los identificadores de la posición en las mesas o los servilleteros son detalles que harán de la mesa el centro de atención en estas fiestas.

In line with a previous post, and thinking about the Christmas table, I show a second version to decorate the table. On this occasion, in green and red, so typical of these days of Christmas. The details of decoration, with the fir branches and candles,   identification in tables or napkin rings are details that will make the table the center of attention this holiday season.
